You become a client only after acceptance, a signed fee agreement, and payment of the required retainer.

Open the secure request form.
The established MyCase form asks for your name, email, cell phone, brief case information, the court, and the court date shown on the citation or summons.
- Use the exact court name shown on the paperwork.
- Provide the charge and court date if known.
- Keep the initial description brief and non-confidential.
- Submission does not guarantee an appointment or representation.
