Hit and Run Colorado:  Serious consequence(s) for those minor fender benders

Hit and Run Colorado Accidents

I have defended people from hit and run Colorado in a variety of situations.  The majority of people who call my firm for assistance with hit and run charges in Colorado generally had no idea they were at risk to be charged with these types of crimes/traffic violations.  Initially, you might imagine a hit and run Colorado, like the picture above, where there is a major cop chase -like on tv.  Although a hit and run Colorado can involve a cop chase after a major accident, it can also be something minor to insignificant in yours eyes and there lies the issue(s).  You are looking at loss of license, significant jail time and/or fines with these types of cases.

The most common scenarios for a Hit and Run Colorado include, but are not limited to the following situations:

  • 5 star rating  Professional and knowledgeable attorney!  I received an out of state speeding ticket leading to a misdemeanor charge. Attorney Lucero represented me in court and kept me informed during the process. He was honest and his one time fee was reasonable,  compared to other attorneys I spoke to. My misdemeanor was dropped to a traffic infraction. Happy with results,  and sure learned my lesson.

  • 5 star rating  I have never received a ticket until I moved to Denver. I got caught in one of Denver's speed traps. It was a Sunday afternoon when I got caught and emailed Ike Lucero. For my surprise he emailed me back within an hour.  He was very professional and knowledgable. I hope I don't need to use him ever again but if I have to I wouldn't hesitate to contact him.
